Each Panda Essentials Kit includes:
1 full-size cabin tent allowing you plenty of room to stand and move around.
1 Twin size air mattress for sleeping comfort. If you are sharing your tent with another, an additional air mattress or a mattress upgrade will be included upon request.
Unlimited Shower access until 8:30 PM (Morning showers are not available)
RAGBRAI Cancellation Policy
We understand life happens and that you may need to cancel your trip for any number of reasons. If you have need to cancel your trip, please contact us via email at contact@pedalingpandas.com. *Please Note: If you cancel your trip with us prior to May 15, 2025, you will receive a refund minus $200.00 cancellation fee. Due to contractual obligations, no refunds will be offered for ANY REASON if your trip is cancelled after May 15, 2025. Please consider purchasing trip insurance in the event you need to cancel your trip. Trip insurance can be obtained from any number of carriers.
Rollover Option: We understand that plans can change, and as a one-time exception, any cancellations made after May 15, 2025, can be rolled over to the following year's trip. We'll be pleased to honor this rollover opportunity once.
